The EU Digital Omnibus: Europe’s Bold Move to Simplify Digital Regulation The European Commission launched today an ambitious initiative that could fundamentally reshape how businesses interact with EU digital regulations. The subject is pretty challenging indeed, considering that the EU proposal on the e-Privacy regulation is under the Institutions’ attention and not defined yet.
