The National Forensic Council has organized the event entitled “Privacy: navigating the evolution of phenomena” which will be held on October 22 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and will be streamed (link on the website www.consiglionazionaleforense.it and on the related YouTube channel).
The event will be an opportunity to present the DAPPREMO model described in my book entitled “GDPR & Privacy awareness and opportunities. The approach with the Data Protection and Privacy Relationships Model (DAPPREMO)” with a preface by Wojciech. R. Wiewiórowski (European Data Protection Supervisor – EDPS).

In the volume, I propose a very innovative approach through the use of a model called DAPPREMO (acronym for Data Protection and Privacy Relationships Model) based on advanced mathematics that allows for a more complete and comprehensive approach to new challenges and the most innovative issues.
The event will also be an opportunity for discussion on the topics covered in the book and, first and foremost, to acquire the necessary awareness to face new challenges.
There will also be an opportunity to discuss the dynamic aspects related to personal data protection and privacy that cannot be separated from even the most recent technologies (Blockchain, IoT, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Drones, Robotics, etc.). Just as phenomena related to technologies evolve, the same can be said for the entire personal data protection and privacy ecosystem, which cannot ignore the present and future context.
What is frequently considered future is actually already present but often not perfectly perceived as such.
Of particular importance are some aspects related to artificial intelligence (AI) whose applications are used in neurosciences and neurobiosciences.
From a legal standpoint, the qualification of related rights pertaining to personal data protection and privacy arises.
